Voluntary Gift: All contributions are voluntary, non-refundable donations dedicated to supporting our sports programs, equipment drives, and community athlete development across Kenya.
Payment Processing: Your transaction is processed securely through a third party authorized payment channels (including M-Pesa, Mobile Money, and Card Processors). We do not store sensitive payment credentials.
Official Receipts: An automated electronic receipt and confirmation will be issued to the email address provided upon successful transaction completion.
Data Privacy: Your contact details will be processed securely in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and our Privacy Policy.
Currencies & Taxes: Payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) or Kenya Shillings (KES) or as selected. Tax acknowledgments are issued pursuant to applicable Kenyan tax regulations.
